HOA Management Services:
Services include monthly financial statements, quarterly board meetings and annual General Membership Meeting, record keeping, maintenance scheduling and overview, monthly property inspections and rule violation follow up.
Management Contract:
Like most of our competitors, we require a one-year contract term; but, we provide buyout options should you be dissatisfied during that period.
Collection Accounts:
We actively work with each homeowner to avoid delinquent accounts; but, we have an amazing collection attorney that handles all of our HOA collection accounts if needed.
Owner Portal Accounts:
All HOA owners have access to an online portal account where they can make payments, review their balance, request maintenance, and update contact information among many other helpful options.
