Monthly dues are set dollar amounts based on the percentage of ownership for each unit as listed in the association governing documents and are due the 1st of the month with interest accuring on any charges owing after the 15th of the month. These dues cover garbage and recycling; Common Area utilities; Common Area snow removal and landscaping/maintenance; and the monitoring system/fire system.
